Delivery
You can expect your order to reach you within 7 days of purchase if you're in the UK. Orders from overseas can take longer. You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once the your package is on its way.
The P&P depends on where you are based - please check at the checkout.
Returning an item
I hope you love your new pot. However, if you change your mind, I accept returns within 30 days of original purchase. The piece must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. You will need to arrange and pay for shipping. If you are shipping an item over £100, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance.
Please contact me to arrange the return of your piece here. Your account will be credited once the piece has been received at my studio and checked.
I take great care for packaging pieces for delivery but if your order arrives damaged please contact me as soon as possible.
